Everyone gets worried sometimes.  For children this can sometimes be even more difficult because they might not have the vocabulary to express how they are feeling.  Here are 5 helpful ways to speak to an anxious child.

It's all about praise!  Make it as powerful as possible to have a real impact on how your child is feeling and how to encourage in times when reassurance is required.

Wait a moment! Provide the opportunity for children to do something independently.
