Taking time to concentrate on our breathing is one of the best ways to relieve stress in the body. This is because when you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to tell you to calm down and relax!
1. Stretch your hand out like a star.
2. Take your index finger of your other hand and get ready!
3. Slowly, slide up the side of your thumb making sure to inhale slowly.
4. As you reach the top of your thumb, start to exhale.
5. Repeat this until you reach your little finger!
