Exercise is good for the mind and body! Not only can it boost endurance and strength but it also fills the brain with endorphins! 

"What are endorphins?" I hear you ask. Well, endorphins are known as the 'feel good' chemical that our brain releases, this is why we feel positive and calm from a good walk, run or work out smiley
