Please find attached guidance on how to get logged in and set up for the session to begin, along with common trouble-shooting advice. They will need to be logged onto the 3rd Space website just before their time slot.
For your child to be able to fully access the session, they will require access to a desktop computer or a laptop and an internet connection. Unfortunately, Third Space will not run on tablets or phones. The desktop / laptop that they are using also needs to be running the latest version of Google Chrome web browser. A headset with microphone is not essential for the lesson - your child can still engage with their tutor either using the computer speakers and replying using the chat box or computer microphone, or they can conduct the entire lesson using the chat box.
