The Pastoral Team have been thinking all things exercise! Exercise is so important right now as being active helps relieve stress and stimulates lots of brain chemicals that help to regulate your mood and generally, feel better. Behind the scenes, we have been working with Mrs Hennessey, Mr Dinsley & Mr McMullen to come up with different types of challenges you can do at home. Every Monday, we will post a different video on here and it would lovely to see photographs of you completing the challenge.

Hi everyone! Mr Dinsley here with this weeks Wellbeing challenge.
As you may be aware from your year group daily update pages, this week is Mental Health Awareness week therefore, I thought I would make a slight change to this weeks Wellbeing challenge. As the theme this year is #KindnessMatters it would be great to see videos or pictures of you showing kindness at home. It is important that we remember to be kind and that kindness makes others smile.
