As part of our Ancient Greeks topic, in art, we have been studying Greek pottery. After trailing it last week with salt dough, today we used the coiling technique to form the pot and added handles joining handles with slips.
Guided Reading - Poetry
During our daily Guided Reading sessions, we have been learning poetry to perform to our class. Well done all for performing in front of an audience.

Salt Dough Pottery
As part of our Autumn term Art lessons, 6TS have been experimenting with salt dough to make pottery before turning our newly acquired skills to clay. Here we learnt how to coil and create slips to join separate pieces of dough together. It was great fun!
