Our final day has arrived, and we wrapped it up with some exciting rock climbing and abseiling. One group really pushed their limits by taking on the challenge blindfolded—such an impressive display of courage and teamwork!

It’s been an incredible time filled with adventure, sunshine, and stunning scenery. We’ve made memories that we’ll all cherish for a long time to come!

Our final full day was an unforgettable adventure spent gorge scrambling through a stunning, picturesque landscape. We navigated waterfalls, clambered over rocks, slid down natural chutes, and made our way up to the largest waterfall—where we took a refreshing swim and splashed around in the crystal-clear water. To top it all off, we ended the day with a well-earned treat: a visit to Ice Cream World!

Another glorious day basking in the sunshine—this time, we took on the rugged heights of Tryfan. Far from a gentle stroll, it was a full-on scramble and climb through challenging terrain, well off the beaten path. On one side, we soaked in sweeping views of the dramatic landscape; on the other, we were greeted by the shimmering beauty of mountain lakes. After descending steep, rocky slopes, we cooled off by paddling in crystal-clear waters and skimming stones across their glassy surface. The perfect day to celebrate Jez’s (our instructor) birthday.

What an incredible day we’ve had by the coast at Rhoscolyn on Holy Island. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views—and a bonus display as RAF jets trained overhead. We kicked things off by scrambling over rocks, then made our way across a sea traverse before clipping into a line to tackle some of the more challenging terrain. Midway through our climb, a curious seal popped up to see what we were up to—a real highlight! After dinner, we capped off the day with a leap off the cliffs into the icy water. As one group member perfectly summed it up: scary, but absolutely exhilarating.

Today, Group 3 headed to the lake at Llanberis, joining forces with Group 2 for an exciting afternoon on the water. We began by inflating our rafts and learning how to use our paddles, guided by Jez. Under the glistening sun, we enjoyed a fantastic time paddling across the calm lake, soaking in the beautiful scenery. To wrap up the session, we played a lively game of “Collect It,” racing across the water to retrieve floating toys—a perfect end to an unforgettable adventure.
