We hadn't heard of the Gods Eyes before and didn't know much about them, but it was good to find out the history about them and to know what they are used for in some cultures - even growing as the children they are made for grow!
Making them was quite hard to start with because the sticks kept on moving and the wool was crossing over some of the parts it wasn't meant to, but we got to use our resilience skills to make them look a bit better in the end. There was a lot of different colours to choose from, and we got to go outside and make ones using bigger sticks we found and stuck together ourselves. That was a lot of fun and gave us some more creativity on the task as well. We enjoyed doing it and we think they turned out really well in the end, so everyone was happy with what they made!
