Baking - The Anglo-Saxon way!

As Science detectives, we have been exploring thermal conductors and insulators.

During our Oracy lesson in Year 5 this week, we have been rehearsing giving safety instructions.

During English, the children have worked with partners to create sentences using informal language.

In Reading the children have been working on reading aloud. They are improving their use of eye contact and gestures.

Year 5 have enjoyed an Anglo-Saxon Invasion from the History Man today!

We have enjoyed helping each other edit our English narratives.

In Religion and World Wide Views we have been looking how Christians view Jesus as a sacrifice.

In Guided Reading, we have enjoyed practising our fluency skills.

Computing lessons this term will focus on delivering information videos about our knowledge on The Maya.
