Hockey
Field hockey (known as simple hockey) is a team sport structured in standard hockey format. It involves each team having 11 players (including 1 goalkeeper) aiming to move the hockey ball around the pitch using only their hockey stick. Points are scored if the ball ends up in the opposition's goal. Hockey is a fun way to improve teamwork, co-ordination and stick based skills, whether through a range of skill based training or fun small-sided matches!
