After a busy day learning, Mindfulness colouring is yet one more way to relax and unwind your mind. Colouring utilizes areas of the brain that enhances focus and concentration and nurtures attention. Mindful colouring is a purposeful act of paying attention to what we are doing in the present moment, rather than being on autopilot.
In club we are able to relax with some calming music on in the background whilst we chat with our friends and do some beautiful art work.
