🎯 Archery
A huge well done to Oscar and Pearl, who both hit the bullseye! They showed fantastic concentration, great form and listened carefully to learn how to aim successfully.

With lots of encouragement from her lovely friends and Alex, our instructor, Jemima conquered her fears! Mission Impossible style, she bravely made her way down the wall. We were all so proud of her determination.
🍽️ Lunch & Pod Time
After a busy morning, everyone enjoyed lunch before settling into our pods and getting ready for the afternoon’s adventures.
📦 Crate Stack
This was such a fun challenge! Wearing harnesses and working in pairs, the children carefully balanced wobbly crates while the rest of the group cheered them on. The aim was to build the tallest tower possible, and everyone showed brilliant teamwork and communication.

✨ Oscar also completed the challenge on his second attempt.
✨ Henry reached halfway on his second attempt, showing great determination.
✨ Jemima tried incredibly hard, climbed four steps and challenged herself before deciding to jump down, she should be so proud of giving it a go.

It has been wonderful to see everyone encouraging one another, stepping outside their comfort zones and celebrating each other’s achievements. We can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
Today was another fantastic day on our residential!
We started the morning with a really delicious breakfast, which gave us plenty of energy for the exciting activities ahead. Today we had sausage, bacon, toast, cereal and beans. There were some interesting choices chosen!
Our first adventure was the treetop course. The children showed incredible bravery and resilience as they climbed, balanced and made their way through the obstacles high above the ground. It was wonderful to see them encouraging one another and stepping outside their comfort zones. Jemima spent some time on the bottom course, practicing her balance and gross motor skills.
Next came the zip line, which was so exciting and thrilling! There were lots of smiles, laughter and cheers as everyone flew through the air. Every single child thoroughly enjoyed the experience and couldn’t wait to tell everyone about it afterwards. Henry was nervous at first, but ended up having five turns!
After all that excitement, we headed to the swimming pool where everyone had lots of fun splashing around and playing together. After a hot day in the sun, the children enjoyed the opportunity to cool off in the pool. We then finished the day with an action-packed game of laser tag. The competition was fierce, but there’s no denying that the children were brilliant at it. We chose Miss Allan to be our president. We had to protect her from the team. We think she has a secret talent at laser tag!It was a fantastic way to end another amazing day filled with adventure, teamwork and memories that we’ll never forget.
We’re all looking forward to seeing what our last day brings.
The children woke up at around 7:30 am this morning and found it slightly harder getting up this morning! We packed our bags and headed out for breakfast. Today we had either toast or pancakes. They were delicious! We were all very excited to see what our last day involved.
Our first activity was inside rock climbing. This required a lot of strength and resilience but all of the children managed so well. We were so proud and impressed with them.
Our very last activity of the day was the high climb. This involved climbing a high tower. We were all very nervous but managed to get to the very top.
We finished our day having our yummy lunch, before we all headed back to the coach to go back to school.
Miss Allan and Mrs Eaton are incredibly proud of the children how the bravery they have shown over the past few days.
